We are just over a week away from the Maine Township High School District 207 College Fair! We are looking forward to hosting you at Maine West High School on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 from 6:30-8:30 PM. Below is some important information.

• Check-in for college reps will begin at 5:30 PM. See parking information
• here.

• Catering will be provided this year. We will also have light snacks and water available
• at your table.

• Reps will be in the Spec Gym, throughout the E-wing Hallway and Upper Commons. All spaces
• have A/C! You will find out your location at the time of check-in.
•

• Pre-registration by our students is encouraged as colleges will be scanning at our fair
• through StriveScan.
•

• Please confirm the name of the rep(s) in attendance if you are not
• the rep who will be attending or there will be additional colleagues attending with you. Please forward this email to them and also email Mrs. Tara Militello at

• with the name of the rep(s) who will be in attendance so we have an accurate record of everyone who will be in the building. We also politely suggest that if multiple reps for one school will be attending that you consider carpooling together if possible (and
